But which one? Hoops sold as "6in" vary quite a bit in their actual size. Measure the diameter of the hoop you'd like to frame to select the best fitting frame. How to Measure
For 6.0" hoop, order 6SM.
For 6.25 or 6 3/8" hoops, order the 6MD. This is the most common size for "6in hoops".
For a 6.5" hoop, order 6LG.
For 6.8" hoops or Nurge No.3, order the 6XL.
Product Details
MATERIALS and FINISHES: Our frames are made from furniture-grade Birch plywood by a team of women woodworkers in Virginia, USA. They are 3/4” thick. Finish Options are pictured, and include: Natural Oil, White Stain, Walnut Stain, Black Stain, Unfinished. Each piece of wood absorbs the stains uniquely.
HOOP DIMENSIONS VARY: This frame fits over a standard wooden embroidery hoop with a screw tensioner. The frame will usually cover about an 1/8" of the fabric of your work. Here's how to measure your hoop, and get the right size frame.
