Custom Orders

Custom requests add some spicy hot sauce to my day, but I can’t always meet the demand. I will address requests individually and do my best to provide custom finishes, paint colors, or sizes. If you are interested, send me a message.

Returns & Exchanges

I do accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery.

Request a cancellation or change in your order prior to shipping, typically 1-3 days from the date you ordered.

Returns & exchanges are handled as two separate transactions. After letting me know you’ll be returning an item, place an order for the replacement product which will be shipped immediately. Once the returned item is received, your original order will be credited.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders, or digital downloads.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Customs

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
